Summarized General Conditions of Sale

  1. The contracting parties

A person who stays in a hotel is not necessarily a contracting party: a hotel contract may be concluded in his name by a third party.

  1. Form of the Contract

The contract is concluded from the moment of acceptance by the contracting party of an offer made by the Hotelier. Acceptance of the offer can be seen from, among other things, the payment of a deposit or the invoice or from a surety provided with credit card (for a stay within 5 days).

  1. Performance of the Contract

The Hotelier and the contracting party are obliged to adhere to the provisions stipulated in the contract.

  1. Payment

The hotel bills are immediately payable upon presentation.

  1. Occupation and vacation of the rooms

Rooms reserved for a customer must be available for occupation by 02 p.m. and the rooms of the customer who is leaving the hotel must be vacated by 11.00 a.m..

  1. Delayed arrival

Check-inn from 02 p.m. until 10 p.m.

A late arrival – i.e., after 06 pm – must be warned at the Hotelier.

  1. Advance deposits

As listed in the confirmation letter, must be paid to the Hotelier immediately, but no later than half-way between the reservation date and the arrival date. In the absence of payment, the Hotelier has the right to cancel the hotel reservation without prior notice.

  1. Cancellation

Refundable reservation:

°  until 7 days before the arrival date:  free of charge

° between 7 and 3 days before the date of arrival:  50 % of the total amount

° less than 2 days before the arrival date:  100% of the total amount.

Non-Refundable reservation:

It is not possible to modify or cancel this reservations in any case.

The total costs for all room nights will be charged directly after your reservation is made.

Reservation through partners sites

When you have made a reservation on a booking site other than the hotel, their cancellation policy is applied.       Please contact the partner for any changes or cancellations. The hotel cannot make any change without the intervention of the partner
